We have Belgian and other European artisanal cheeses on offer. We buy our Belgian cheeses directly from the producers. For our French cheeses, we travel to the Rungis market in Paris every two weeks. We order the other European cheeses directly from our various partners abroad.
In our ripening rooms, all of these cheeses are further matured so they reach their best taste. Some cheeses are washed and turned regularly for this purpose. Others do not require such care and ripen further in the appropriate ripening room in their own way. It is this ripening, which is adapted to each specific cheese, that enables us to offer you the very best product.
